To complement our kitchens, CWK offers business education and technical training, mentoring, along with coordinated market access, reaching more than 250 diverse food companies annually. We also operate our own food manufacturing social enterprise, which provides outsourced processing to help our emerging food businesses scale and generate revenue to support our programs. We operate Greater Boston’s only non-profit shared-use commercial kitchen, providing hourly rental for 50+ start-up and early-stage food companies annually, over 75% BIPOC-owned, including a mix of food trucks, caterers, bakers, and packaged goods companies.
